How do I work with clients?

To begin, I take the time to learn what you really want in a home. I look at your needs and wants, and help you determine the price range within which you should shop. Then I show you properties that meet that criteria – including hand selected gems, and new listings the moment they come on the market. I like to be the 1st to see the property, and to show my client.

Im obsessed! I truly love searching and seeing new homes on the market. I like to be the 1st to see the newest listings, unique properties, quirky homes, and get excited when i find a "GEM"! A GEM to me is a property that is priced great, with really great features, a diamond in the rough, or a unique quirky or cool space. You usually have to jump on these types of GEMs, and make an offer quickly! 

My philosophy in Real Estate is "Quality not Quantity", I like to work with only a few clients at a time so my entire focus is on you! It is what is important to me, to make sure you are taken care of before taking on another client! You will always be working with me, not my assistants or other support staff. Im very hands on with my clients, and always available for your questions or concerns.
